Shipping & Ordering

Shipping

At Bubble Hug, we are delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our beautiful baby bath mats. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout based on your specific location.

To ensure a safe and efficient delivery, we entrust your package to leading international carriers. In most cases, you can expect your order to reach its destination within 5-10 business days.

Orders

Once your payment is received, your order will be confirmed. Please note that Bubble Hug retains the right to decline or revoke an order if there is a dispute related to a previous order with the customer.

After payment, the order becomes final and cannot be modified. We fulfill orders based on the availability of our inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable, our dedicated team at Bubble Hug will promptly notify you via email. You will then have the option to cancel your order or request a refund.

Package not received

If you have not received your package within 15 days from the dispatch date, please contact our customer support team promptly at hello@bubble-hug.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for refunds or exchanges after this 15-day window.

Once your order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, Bubble Hug considers it successfully delivered and assumes no responsibility for subsequent loss, theft from mailboxes, or disputes regarding receipt.

In such cases, please address your complaint directly with the courier service.

Track your package

Upon shipping your package, we'll send a confirmation email
with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery process.

Delivery times

Shipping times range between 5 to 10 business days, region dependent.

Please note, bubble hug® is not responsible for any delays caused by authorized carriers.

These delivery estimates are indicative, based on average processing times for delivery. To ensure adherence to these timelines, it's essential for customers to provide accurate and comprehensive delivery information: including delivery address, street and building number, staircase, access codes, name, intercom number, and so forth.

Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery address information provided. In cases where this information is inaccurate, bubble hug® is unable to provide a refund or exchange the product.

Damaged

Should your package arrive damaged, it's crucial to file a complaint in the presence of the delivery personnel. Please also forward a copy of this complaint to us so we can take appropriate measures and/or provide you with an exchange or refund.

We also require photos of the damaged package and/or products for our records. To be considered valid, any such claims must be complete and submitted no later than 3 days after the package has been received.

Cancelling an order

Once your order has been submitted and confirmed on our website, we regret to inform you that it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns for all orders. However, please initiate your return request within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and in a new, unused and undamaged condition.

Please include the return form in the package.

Returns are made at the customer's risk, and Bubble Hug will not issue a refund or exchange if the carrier loses your parcel during the return shipment.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are not covered by Bubble Hug, unless the product is defective, there was an error on our part, or you opt for a purchase credit. Items purchased on sale, gift cards, or through promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping for returns:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a maximum of 15 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@bubble-hug.com.

Sale items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@bubblehug.com.

Looking after the bath mat

Washing

Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these methods may harm your bath mat. The material, designs, and overall shape of the bath mat can potentially deteriorate in a machine wash.

Instead, we recommend delicately hand-washing your caps for best results.

Please note, bubble hug® is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products damaged due to inappropriate washing.

Quality

Bubble Hug® bath mats are crafted without phthalates, azo dyes, or organotins compounds. They also have minimal cadmium content and come with EN71, REACH, and SGS certifications.
